What is the maximum number of people who can stay in the accommodation?

Our properties can accommodate between 2 and 8 people, depending on the type of accommodation.

Are pets permitted in the accommodation?

All chalets are equipped with a sauna, hot tub or jacuzzi for extra relaxation during your stay.

Yes, all our properties have their own parking space directly at the accommodation.

Accommodations & house rules

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. Please check out before 10 a.m.

How does check-in work?

You can easily check in yourself using a key box. You will receive instructions in advance.

What is the speed limit in the park?

A maximum speed limit of 5 km per hour applies throughout the park. We ask everyone to pay extra attention to this for the safety of other guests and children playing.

Safety & facilities

Are the homes equipped with safety features?

Yes, there is both a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector.

Cancellations & refunds

Can I cancel my booking?

Reservations made more than 42 days prior to the start of the stay can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days of being made. All other cancellations are subject to a fee.

The cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival, and the full amount for cancellations from the 30th day before arrival.

You can insure yourself against cancellation risks by taking out cancellation insurance when making your reservation.

If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the intended start date of your stay without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation. In that case, you will owe the full amount of the reservation.
